SGWatch synchronizes the data needed for the Watch experience through the iPhone companion. Synchronized data is encrypted and stored locally on your iPhone. The Watch keeps only the local data it needs to display recent content.

SGWatch does not access, read, or sell the content of your private conversations. It does not operate a separate server for storing your messages or media.

SGWatch connects to compatible private messaging infrastructure implementing the Signal Protocol. Your use of those services is also governed by the policies of the service provider you choose.
